RETURN / REFUND POLICY

All sales are final
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that all sales are final. Once your order is confirmed, cancellations, refunds, or changes to your order cannot be accommodated.

No refunds or exchanges
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for any reason, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, order errors, or dissatisfaction with the product.

Damaged or defective items
In the rare chance you receive a defective product, we will gladly accept item(s) in original packaging, unworn, unused and in its original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to begin the Returns process. We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your claim has been processed, we will advise what to do with the damaged or defective item. We will ship you the replacement free of charge.

To start the Returns process, please provide us with your Order Number so we can begin the Returns process. We usually process returns quickly, but just in case, please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded.

Order modifications
Once an order is placed, modifications (e.g., changes to shipping address or payment method) cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

Unavailable items/Seller cancellation
In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order, you will be notified promptly and issued a full refund.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on our website, however, please note that the colours displayed on your screen may vary slightly from the actual product due to differences in monitor calibration, screen brightness, and lighting conditions. We strive to accurately represent colours in our product photography but cannot guarantee a perfect match.
